In one of his heartfelt satsangs, Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Saheb shared profound wisdom, highlighting that even Bhagwan Ram, revered worldwide, faced numerous challenges throughout his life. Upon reflection, one can see that moments of peace were a rarity in his journey.
He constantly faced difficulties and challenges throughout his life. Saijan noted that even today, lamps are lit in temples dedicated to Bhagwan Ram as a symbol of remembrance and reverence for him.
If we closely observe Bhagwan Ram’s life, we see that he unwaveringly upheld Dharma, honesty, purity, and humanity. He consistently kept the flame of his life’s lamp shining brightly.
Even today, whenever we celebrate Diwali or see Bhagwan Ram’s Murti, we light twinkling lamps in his honor and remembrance. We pray that, just as he kept the flame of his life’s lamp shining through all the ups and downs, we too may maintain that light in every situation we face.
May we all keep the flame of our life’s lamp shining bright.
The sun radiates its light across the entire world, while the flame of a lamp shines to its fullest capacity within its surroundings.
Our Satguru, Parmatma, or Prabhu possesses the power to accomplish anything, but we too must put forth our fullest effort and strength in life.
We should always strive to give our best and improve in life, much like the flame of a lamp that shines to its fullest capacity. While the sun has the power to illuminate the entire world, the humble flame of a lamp, glowing in the direction of the sun, also spreads its light to the best of its ability.
Saijan emphasized that it is our duty to utilize our full potential to improve our lives. We should strive to bring about the greatest possible positive change within ourselves. The more we improve, the more blessings we attract into our lives. Even as humans, by simply leveraging our inherent habits, we can grow and evolve. Saijan highlighted that love and affection are innate qualities of humanity. By living a life rooted in love, devotion, and kindness, and by treating others with compassion and care, we can significantly enhance our lives.
We can spend our entire life loving everything around us, which fills us with joy and keeps us uplifted. However, just a short time spent in anger or conflict drains our energy, leaving us feeling weak and exhausted.
Love fills us with positive energy, allowing us to live life to the fullest and strengthen our relationships with friends and family.
In love, as time passes, we grow happier and build stronger relationships. In contrast, hatred leads to depression, causing us to seek help from doctors and psychiatrists.
Love is in our behavior and speaking sweetly is also our habit bestowed by Parmatma upon us. Hatred and picking fights is not in our behavior.
Saijan said that we should not adopt traits that are not naturally part of our behavior. We can live longer with love, not with hatred. True comfort comes only from what belongs to us, while things that don’t belong to us bring only sorrow.
No living being in the world abandons its natural behavior. For example, if we bring a kitten into our home, separating it from its mother, the kitten will adjust to our routine and surroundings. However, if it suddenly encounters a mouse, it will instinctively leap towards it, without any guidance from us or its owner, as this is its inherent nature.
The kitten, having never seen a mouse before, will instinctively attack it, because that is its natural behavior.
Saijan explained that just as a kitten cannot abandon its natural behavior, we humans should not forsake the kindness and love that God has bestowed upon us to share with one another.
Saijan said that in a family, we live happily together when there is affection among us. However, if even one person is in a bad mood or angry, it affects the entire family, because anger and hatred are not part of our true nature.
