In one of his soothing and uplifting satsangs, Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Saheb explained the benefits of meditating during the ambrosial hours, or Amrit Vela, to receive the sacred Amrit.

Saijan explained that during the Amrit Vela hours, the Devtas carry the kalash of divine and sacred Amrit and make those who are deeply engaged, immersed, and connected with their Satguru through meditation, Naam Jaap, and Simran drink the sacred Amrit.

These precious moments, this time, present an opportunity to receive the blessings of our Satguru. It is a fortunate moment for us. When we are deeply engaged and connected with our Satguru during the blissful hours of Amrit Vela, we are blessed by our Satguru.

However, if we misuse this precious time by engaging in inappropriate actions, we risk losing the opportunity to receive the blessings of our Satguru.

Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram emphasized that we must seize this opportunity and cherish these moments by dedicating ourselves daily to Naem, Jaap, and Simran. Through this process, we engage our eyes, tongue, ears, hands, and feet in a pious and sacred cause.

Our feet are truly fortunate, as they guide us to receive divine blessings. Our eyes are blessed, for they allow us to experience the divine Darshan of our Satguru. Our tongue is also fortunate, as it enables us to engage in the sacred Jaap. Our ears are blessed, for they allow us to hear the divine Satsangs and blessings of our Satguru, and to sing sacred chants, shlokas, and bhajans in reverence to our beloved Satguru.

Once we are blessed with good fortune, we must always honour it, for by respecting our good fortune, we invite even more blessings of good luck.

We should never use our tongue to speak ill of others or to abuse them, as the same tongue is used to praise our Satguru, sing divine bhajans, and chant sacred shlokas. By speaking kindly both at home and outside, we will receive even more blessings.

Our ears are also truly fortunate, as they allow us to listen to the praises of our Satguru, the divine bhajans, and the satsangs of our Satguru. Therefore, we must avoid listening to anything negative or gossip about others. Both spreading and listening to gossip are equally harmful.

When we gossip about others, we tarnish our own inner self by misusing our mind, thoughts, and tongue. Similarly, when we listen to gossip, we allow others to pollute our mind. Both spreading and listening to gossip are harmful habits. Using our ears to listen to such negativity is a sin.

Our feet, which guide us to sacred places and bring us blessings, will always be blessed with good fortune. Wherever we go, we will experience progress—whether we go to earn a living or seek success. We will return with prosperity, glory, and great progress. Once our feet move toward the holy temple of our Satguru to receive blessings, they should never be taken to sinful or profane places.

when we use our senses—our eyes, ears, tongue, and feet—for righteous purposes, like seeking the blessings of our Satguru, we invite divine blessings, progress, and prosperity into our lives. By avoiding negative habits such as gossip and staying away from sinful or profane places, we preserve our spiritual purity and continue on the path of goodness and success. Every moment and action becomes an opportunity to honor the sacred, leading to a life full of blessings and positive transformation

Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Saheb encouraged people to completely devote their minds and bodies to righteous actions, thus paving the path to attaining Moksha.

Sacho Satram.
