During one of his divine Satsangs, Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Saheb beautifully explained the significance of Naam Bandhan. He emphasized that connecting to Naam entails fully surrendering oneself to the Truthful Satguru, making a firm and conscious commitment to stay connected to the Satguru, and wholeheartedly following his teachings with unwavering faith and without hesitation.

Connecting with the sacred Naam frees a person from meaningless attachments.
Saijan explained that once we genuinely connect to the Naam, we naturally detach from all other connections. Our desire is to remain under the refuge of our Satguru, wholeheartedly embracing his priceless and illuminating teachings to advance spiritually and achieve liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
The sacred, magnetic energy of Naam nurtures our spiritual and conscious awareness, strengthening our pure and truthful connection to our Satguru. It eliminates all inappropriate thoughts, disturbances, fluctuations, desires, restlessness, cravings, greed, and other distractions or attachments. By faithfully following the teachings of our Satguru, we attain eternal bliss. As we follow the Satguru’s teachings, we experience a gradual inner transformation—our thoughts become purer, our actions align with divine wisdom, and our connection to the divine deepens, leading us toward liberation. This single connection severs all other attachments, allowing us to unite with Parmatma.
There are inspiring examples of individuals who regularly, devotionally, and silently and inwardly chanted the sacred Naam, sharing divine experiences. Some recounted leaving this world and returning for a time to complete unfinished purposes, such as Bhai Lahori Mal, Bhai Shewaram, and Bhai Hazariram. Another remarkable instance is that of a woman whose deceased husband attained Mukti as she silently and inwardly chanted the sacred Naam while sitting near his lifeless body.
Hazir Swaroop Sai Sadhram Saheb illuminated that those who seek refuge in their Satguru and inwardly chant the sacred Naam become detached from the materialistic world, ultimately merging with Parmatma.

Sacho Satram.
